We have recently moved to our office at the Oldknows Factory. We cannot tell you enough how much we love the office! We have a New York style apartment space which is the envy of Nottingham. We have seen a marked increase in clients coming to visit which has really helped our business grow! The landlord is amazing and has done nothing other than to support us since moving here! Best decision we ever made!

Why had I not discovered this place before?!?! The rents are reasonable (but don’t tell Ashwan I said that), the location is still central (5 mins walk from Victoria centre), there’s even decent free on street parking! The creative vibe, energy and community really set it apart. Then there's the landlord. The Oldknows Factory is his baby, and he cares. If you have any issues, concerns or just want a chat he’ll make time for you.
